Luxury, great service, friendly staff. Peaceful location. Close to attractions. Clean, spacious, beautiful rooms. Amazing food and atmosphere at the restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel in a perfect location, just on the far side of St Charles Bridge at the foot of the Castle. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room staff made us feel very welcome. We loved the historical charm of the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a minor inconvenience.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities such as heated floors and a soaking tub in the bathroom. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to popular tourist spots and public transportation.

One major downside was the lack of natural light in the rooms. With only one smaller window, the rooms felt dark even during the day.

Nothing everything was great.

The staff at the hotel made me feel welcome. The level of service here is really good, and every member of the team were very good too ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is fine, with beautiful decor and luxurious facilities. The location is ideal, with easy access to transportation and attractions in this lovely city.

Nothing not to like.

We arrived at the hotel after a long night of travel and our suite wasn't ready for check-in. The desk manager kindly provided us with a temporary room to rest and freshen up until our suite was available. The staff were really good too make our stay special, including surprising us with flowers, chocolates, and a special martini for our anniversary. The level of service and attention to detail was really good. Despite a small issue with the room type, we were overall impressed with the hotel and its staff. I highly recommend this luxurious hotel for a nice stay.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of everything you can go wrong. It was very near to the Charles bridge and just off the Charles bridge. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.

The rooms are comfortable, with an HVAC system ensuring a pleasant temperature. Guests can also indulge in a delicious breakfast with a variety of food options.

There is some noise from the nearby tramway rail, which may disrupt the tranquility of the hotel ambiance.

Large, clean room with comfortable amenities. Staff surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake for my husband's birthday. Convenient location near main square and subway station. Former monastery setting adds charm. Helpful and welcoming staff made our stay memorable.
